To get a refund you need to submit an application in the name of a private individual (you must specify the full name of the private individual specified in the invoice, Appendix), with a request for a refund according to the paid account № ________ from ___.___. 20___ p in the amount ____ UAH (The statement must be handwritten, signed and dated).
The application must indicate the account number of the credit card from which the payment was made (funds are not refundable to another card), it is on this card that the amount paid will be refunded. It is also necessary to indicate the details of the bank where the payment was made, namely: the USREOU code, MFI and current account of the bank.
A scanned copy of the application (in electronic form) should be sent to: [email protected]
After checking the correctness, the original application should be sent to the postal address: st. Teplovozna, 18d, Kyiv, 02081, Ukraine (marked “for accounting” Reykartz Hotel Management LLC).
Upon receipt of a correctly completed refund request (original), the funds will be refunded to the account of the guest from whom the payment was made.
